That is insane! Very much the same here though - I think all over NSW. This summer has not been a normal one at all.

Wow, that is insane, my hubby finally mowed ours, he last did it before Christmas.

Oh wow! That's just crazy. My hubby is mowing once a week at the moment, but thankfully our grass isn't growing quite this fast!

My lawn is buried underneath the 4 inches of snow we got overnight.  Can hardly contain the excitement.

I know how you feel! It's such a pest. It seems like as soon as my partner has mowed, the grass just springs right back! We have such a huge yard, it's such a pain having to mow so often.

It is nice when the grass is lovely and soft though. I love lying on lush green grass in the sun! :)

We're lucky our yard isn't too big.  Bet yours looks wonderful when its just mowed, all even and lovely :)

Snow!! Oh wow, 4inches, it must be freezing!

Not at all!  We've had one day over 30 deg and that was the hottest.  And the rain, its been endless!

Masses and massess of endless rain, plus sunshine here and there, and some fertilizer back before christmas!!

oh dear!!!! Lots of rain?

Being in Perth we have had minimal rain this summer.. just mega heatwaves.. my minimal grass in our front patio area.. is rather brown :(

Oh I've been watching the weather and fire reports from Perth and sending sympathy.  You guys have had a hell summer.  I might be a bit over the rain, but better that than soaring temps and a desiccated garden.  Hope the grass bounces back once the weather sorts itself out and you get some sensible weather. :)
