Yes I have been photographing my own socks - updated

Am presently whelmed by inlaws (not sure if over, or under, but certainly one of them)
I think my socks really sum up how I'm coping.

Not a bad photo though, and that's because finally, finally, after months of blurry mobile photos we have a new camera.  It was hub's 40th pressie from his mum, and I have let him play with it exclusively for a whole 24hrs.  Yes. Am generosity itself.

sigh.

Updated to add...

Hubs just got home from work...

Also, just wanted to say I've been reading for about an hour now and haven't laughed so much in ages! Even called hubby through to roll on floor at the 'tits up' day.
:)

What, you mean your socks aren't matched like that everyday?

Aw thanks Laura :) I love it when I make people laugh.

LOL Belinda, I think we should be proud of our mismatched socks. You are a woman after my own heart. :)

I am totally proud of my mismatched socks.. it's a little teenage rebellion I have allowed into my adult life, cause it don't hurt no one.

That said I will freely admit, my husband after about 4 years of marriage decided the only way he was getting matched socks was to match them himself. It's compromises like that which ensure we survive each other :-)

Kind Regards
Belinda

I can't actually write anything - after five minutes, I'm still giggling like a kid! Hubby's socks did it for me, I just didn't expect it - even from you. Thanks for making me feel like a kid again.

You even make mismatched socks seem hysterical!! Thanks for the laugh - again.

LOL Belinda - we have a similar ironing compromise, if hubs wants ironed shirts then he has to iron them, if not, he looks scruffy. Up to him. He has accepted that he has acquired a non-ironing wife and domestic peace radiates throughout our house (well now and then).

Di, your comment made me grin. Am still laughing over Hubs having mismatched socks as well. I had no idea when I wrote the post and when he got home he took off his shoes and showed me, and we were in stitches. Am still smiling about it, just so SILLY.

Thanks Mel, am just reciprocating, you make me laugh most days as well - went back to read the whole 'Hubs, bite me,' story yesterday, just for further repeat amusement. :)
